Here are a few recipes from Croatia (though some may be removed from Croatia for 100 years or more).

Kontonjata. A candy made from quince. Konavle region.
Priganice. Also called prikle. Kind of like a "doughnut hole." Dalmatia.
Hrostule or krostule. Thin, deep-fried strips, often tied in a knot. Dalmatia.
